Can't register? - make sure that you have JavaScript enabled on your web browser. The Junior Judges' Project works on all modern web browsers such as Internet Explorer 5, 6 and 7, Mozilla Firefox and Safari etc.

Can't log in? Ensure that your web browser is set to accept cookies.

Can't vote? Make sure that you have created at least one Class Group in your account. Also make sure that you have chosen at least 1 book as the winner before attempting to cast your vote.

Need to change a vote for a particular Class Group? Simply vote again (under the Class Group in question). The system will overwrite the existing vote with the new one. As such, no more than one vote will be recorded against any one Class Group.

Class Groups and/or students cannot log in to vote - Make sure that you've generated a password for the Class Group in question. Your students will need to type in their Class Group ID number and password exactly as it appears - without any leading or trailing spaces. The password does not contain any capital letters. If your students continue to have problems, try re-generating the password and get the student to try again with the new password.

The link to a page is grey and can't be clicked - The page in question is unavailable due to either timeline restrictions or your logged-in status. Some sections of the of the Junior Judges site are only available to registered users. Students are restricted and cannot access certain parts of the site.
